LEGO Star Wars 75455 Boba Fett Review – Surprisingly Well-Executed

LEGO Star Wars 75455 Boba Fett

LEGO 75455 Boba Fett Is a Pleasant Surprise

The LEGO Star Wars 75455 Boba Fett, a new buildable figure for adult collectors, will be released on August 1, 2026. The model consists of 1,544 pieces, stands about 41 centimeters tall, and has a MSRP of 169.99 euros.

I have to be honest: Finally, one of these buildable figures has turned out really well again. Thanks to his helmet, jetpack, cape, and distinctive armor, Boba Fett works much better than many human characters.

The construction is impressive

The proportions seem surprisingly well-balanced for a large LEGO figure. Especially with human characters, a buildable statue can quickly end up looking misshapen. In Boba Fett’s case, the armor, helmet, and jetpack help to faithfully recreate his signature silhouette.

  • distinctive and varied architectural style
  • bold color scheme with high brand recognition
  • 41-centimeter-tall display figure
  • New Boba Fett minifigure with printed arms and legs
  • Nameplate and matching display stand

The armor and helmet, in particular, make this model a striking display piece. The torn cape and jetpack also suit the character very well.

LEGO could have designed the hands better

In my Brick-Tracker Telegram chat, someone immediately pointed out the hands to me. At first glance, I hadn’t really noticed that myself. If you look more closely, the individual fingers do indeed look a bit rough and uneven.

LEGO probably could have come up with a more elegant solution here. However, this criticism doesn’t detract from the model as a whole in my opinion, because the rest of the figure looks very cohesive.

Sticker for 169.99 euros

Another weak point is the use of stickers. Some of the decorations on the chest, visor, and shoulders are made with stickers. For a display-only model in this price range, I would have liked to see more printed elements.

However, the set does include a new Boba Fett minifigure. Among other things, it features printed arms and legs, as well as a redesigned helmet with a new rangefinder.

When is it worth buying?

The MSRP of 169.99 euros is too much for me for 1,544 pieces. The set is scheduled to be released in stores, so we can expect much better prices over time.

My personal price range starts at about a 38 to 40 percent discount. That works out to about 102 to 105 euros. At that price, the figure is definitely worth buying for me.

If you don’t want to order right away, you can add the set to your Wishlist in the Brick-Tracker web app by clicking the heart icon and set up a personalized deal alert.

My Conclusion

To me, the LEGO 75455 Boba Fett set is one of the best buildable Star Wars figures to date. The figure features an exciting design, a striking silhouette, and many of the bounty hunter’s signature details.

The hands aren’t perfect, the stickers are unnecessary, and the MSRP is too high. Still, for me, the positives clearly outweigh the negatives. With a discount of about 40 percent, Boba Fett becomes a really great display model.
