According to the official website <strong>,<\/strong> the exclusive collectible will be unveiled to the public for the first time <strong>tomorrow, July 22, 2026<\/strong>. <br\/>It was revealed in advance that the Pok\u00e9mon behind this collaboration is the one with Pok\u00e9dex number <strong>0025<\/strong> \u2014and that is, of course, <strong>Pikachu<\/strong>, arguably the best-known and most iconic Pok\u00e9mon of all time. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Very limited edition<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This collector&#8217;s item is limited to just <strong>1,996 pieces<\/strong> worldwide. At <strong>10:00 a.m.<\/strong>, the winner <strong>will be<\/strong>drawn from the pot. After all, both <strong>Pok\u00e9mon<\/strong> and <strong>Steiff<\/strong> are among the most well-known brands in the world. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the other hand, I naturally hope that as many of these figures as possible end up in the hands of genuine collectors. Unfortunately, I fear that a large portion will be bought directly by scalpers or investors, which is, sadly, often the case with such limited-edition releases these days. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personally, I&#8217;m very pleasantly surprised by this collaboration. Steiff, in particular, had lost some of its prominence in the collectors&#8217; market in recent years. That makes it all the more wonderful to me that the company is now launching such a major collaboration with Pok\u00e9mon.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I also hope that this is just the beginning and that more Pok\u00e9mon will be released as <strong>non-limited-edition Steiff figures<\/strong> in the future.
