One is Lloyd with a small mech, and the other is Kai with his fire motorcycle.   <br\/>Let&#8217;s take a closer look at the two cans.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Let&#8217;s get game, which can be played directly with the tin. You have to provide those yourself.   <br\/>You&#8217;ll also need the included fun card pack to play the game. But considering its size, I think it&#8217;s actually quite nicely made. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The LEGO NINJAGO Kai Fun Pack<\/strong><\/p>\n<div <br\/>The game included is <strong>exactly the same in both cans<\/strong>. <br\/>The game instructions are also identical, and once again, the two small LEGO bricks are needed as game pieces, even though they aren\u2019t included in the Fun Pack. <br\/>Especially if you collect several of the eight cans in total, I would have thought it would have been cooler if LEGO or EDEKA had perhaps included different little games. <br\/>At least the puzzles and coloring pages in the booklet provide a little extra entertainment.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter get Kai as a Minifigure. <br\/>Overall, the model is pretty simple. <br\/>We have two large wheels, two flame elements at the back, and Kai can be placed on the motorcycle. <br\/>That\u2019s basically it.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.brick-tracker.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/IMG_5216-scaled.jpeg\"><img \/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And when I compare the two models directly, the <strong>Lloyd Mech<\/strong> wins out <strong>pretty clearly<\/strong> for me. <br\/>I find the Mech much more interesting, both in terms of building it and its finished appearance. <br\/>Of course, I don\u2019t expect a small paper bag to contain an elaborately designed LEGO set. Still, especially with small polybags and paper bags, we\u2019ve had models in the past that managed to make a bit more of an impact with a similarly small number of pieces.   <br\/>That&#8217;s why I don&#8217;t think Kai&#8217;s motorcycle is bad\u2014but it is very simple.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Is the 5.99 euro price tag for a Fun Pack like this justified?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I\u2019d say: It depends. <br\/>To me, the whole thing feels a bit like the bonus feature in a LEGO magazine\u2014just in much nicer packaging. <br\/>You get a small LEGO model with a Minifigure, cards, a puzzle booklet, and the tin itself. <br\/>For <strong>5.99 euros<\/strong>, I think it\u2019s basically still okay.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For me, though, the overall package would have been much more complete if the two required game pieces had been included right in the box. Maybe even one or two small pencils, so kids can use the puzzles and coloring pages right away while on the go.   <br\/>Because, in my opinion, these cans are actually quite well-suited for exactly that.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Actually, it&#8217;s a really good idea for when you&#8217;re on the go<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I really like the basic concept. <br\/>For example, you can give the box to a child on a long car ride\u2014they can build the small model, keep the pieces right in the box as they go, and then do the puzzles or play the included game afterward. <br\/>That way, all the little LEGO pieces don\u2019t end up scattered all over the car. <br\/>And when you\u2019re done, just put everything back in the box. <br\/>That\u2019s exactly why I think it\u2019s a bit of a shame <strong>when<\/strong> this loyalty promotion started.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.brick-tracker.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/IMG_5128-scaled.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"758\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.brick-tracker.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/IMG_5128-758x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4620\" style=\"width:524px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.brick-tracker.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/IMG_5128-758x1024.jpeg 758w, https:\/\/www.brick-tracker.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/IMG_5128-222x300.jpeg 222w, https:\/\/www.brick-tracker.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/IMG_5128-768x1037.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/www.brick-tracker.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/IMG_5128-1137x1536.jpeg 1137w, https:\/\/www.brick-tracker.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/IMG_5128-1517x2048.jpeg 1517w, https:\/\/www.brick-tracker.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/IMG_5128-scaled.jpeg 1896w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 758px) 100vw, 758px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personally, I would have published them either just before summer break or right during summer break.  <br\/>In my opinion, this concept would have been perfect, especially for vacation trips.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Of course, I don&#8217;t know why they chose the end of August\u2014or, more precisely, the period after summer vacation. Maybe that was the plan from the start; maybe there were other reasons.   <br\/>For me personally, though, summer would have been a better time.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The real highlight is almost the cans themselves<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And actually, for me, the <strong>cans themselves<\/strong> are almost <strong>the highlight<\/strong> of the whole thing. <br\/>They feel surprisingly high-quality, slide open, and look pretty stylish\u2014especially the two NINJAGO versions. <br\/>Thanks to the printed play surface on the inside, they also serve a purpose and aren\u2019t just packaging waste. <br\/>And even if you just end up storing them on a shelf or in the background of your LEGO Collection later on, I think the NINJAGO tins definitely make a statement. <br\/>I really like that.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>My thoughts on the two NINJAGO Fun Packs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Of the two models <strong>, Lloyd\u2019s mech<\/strong> is the clear winner for me.<br\/>Although the mech is also pretty simple with its 45 pieces, it looks great, has a nice color scheme, and is a bit more impressive to build. <br\/>Kai\u2019s fire motorcycle, on the other hand, is very basic with its 35 pieces and doesn\u2019t really blow me away personally. <br\/>Still, I think the overall package is okay for 5.99 euros.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My biggest criticism is actually that the necessary game pieces aren&#8217;t included, and both sets contain exactly the same game.
