Now things are getting interesting: How many models were actually ordered, and which designs were particularly popular? <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Based on the pre-order figures publicly available shortly before the end of the pre-order period, the total number of <strong>pre-orders<\/strong> across all five models comes to <strong>approximately 116,090<\/strong>. This is an analysis of publicly available data, not a final sales report published by BrickLink. The actual final figures may therefore differ.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sleepy Dragon Inn leads the series<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Sleepy Dragon Inn<\/strong> set is well ahead with about <strong>37,040<\/strong> pre-orders. The production run was increased to a maximum of 40,000 sets in this round. This shows just how popular classic fantasy and castle themes continue to be in the BrickLink community.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">All five models and their order status<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here you can see the five projects along with the evaluated quantities and their original prices in euros. class=\"wp-block-heading\">What do the numbers really tell us?<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In terms of unit sales, there is a significant gap between the models: Sleepy Dragon Inn leads, followed by Pumpkin Patch and Fisherman&#8217;s Village. The other two projects each sold just over 16,000 units. That&#8217;s still a respectable number for a crowdfunding campaign.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, high pre-order numbers do <strong>not necessarily translate into future profits<\/strong>. In addition to demand, other key factors include the number of units available, buyer interest after delivery, the condition of the packaging, and how many buyers intend to resell their sets immediately. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Is this of interest to LEGO Investments?<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes, definitely as a data point. With models like these, I focus less on which set sells out the fastest and more on how demand compares to the available quantity. Even for a model produced in large quantities, a strong collector\u2019s market can still develop later on\u2014though that\u2019s not guaranteed.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you want to keep track of your LEGO Collection and purchases over the long term, you can use the <a href=\"https:\/\/app.brick-tracker.de\/investor-tools\"><strong>Brick-Tracker Investment Tools<\/strong><\/a> . For standard LEGO sets, there\u2019s also the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brick-tracker.de\/lego-marktanalyse.php\"><strong>LEGO Market Analysis<\/strong><\/a> , which provides price and EOL analyses. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">My Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What I find particularly exciting is the Sleepy Dragon Inn\u2019s clear lead. Looking at the other projects, it\u2019s clear that not every fan-made model automatically reaches a similarly large customer base. According to the current schedule <strong>,<\/strong> the next crowdfunding round is set for <strong>February 1, 2027<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Important: The order figures cited are an external snapshot taken shortly before the end of the promotion.
