Two new LEGO GWPs starting today
A quick note for anyone who’s already planning to place an order directly with LEGO: From August 21 to 28, 2026, there will be two new GWP promotions on LEGO.com.
Included are the LEGO Pokémon 30730 Trainer Supplies set and the LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog 30733 Badnik Skorp set. Both freebies are available with any purchase of 40 euros or more in the participating themed sections, and, of course, only while supplies last.
LEGO Pokémon 30730 Trainer Supplies
Of the two sets, the one that interests me more is the LEGO Pokémon 30730 Trainer Supplies. You’ll receive the free gift with purchase (GWP) on orders of 40 euros or more from LEGO Pokémon, ONE PIECE, City, Creator 3-in-1, Friends, DREAMZzz, and NINJAGO.

LEGO Sonic 30733 Badnik Skorp
Also available is the LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog 30733 Badnik Skorp. A minimum order of 40 euros applies to Animal Crossing, Sonic the Hedgehog, Super Mario, The Legend of Zelda, Fortnite, and Minecraft.

For me personally, that’s not a reason to place an order
I, for one, won’t be placing any orders as part of this promotion, though. To be honest, the two GWPs just aren’t enough for me.
In the past, there have been much nicer free gifts—ones that I found more interesting—that actually made me choose to buy directly from LEGO on purpose. With these two sets, however, I’d only go for them if I was planning to place an order for something from LEGO anyway.
You can often find many freely available sets in stores for well below the MSRP. In my opinion, a small free gift doesn’t necessarily make up for a larger price difference.
Compare prices briefly beforehand
So this promotion is mainly for those of you who were already planning to make a purchase on LEGO.com. In that case, you can, of course, take advantage of the free gift.
On the other hand, anyone considering placing an order solely because of the GWP should first take a moment to compare how much the desired set currently costs at other sellers.
