To me, the LEGO Star Wars 75337 AT-TE Walker is one of those sets that show Star Wars isn’t dead as a LEGO Investment. You just have to be much more selective.

The set was released in 2022, consists of 1,082 pieces, and includes 9 Minifigures, 3 of which are exclusive to this set. The MSRP is 139.99 euros, and the resale value is about 167 euros. The AT-TE Walker is scheduled for EOL in 2026.

The purchase price was the deciding factor

The all-time low price was 71.99 euros. Realistically, though, the set could be purchased repeatedly over a longer period of time for around 80 to 86 euros. That’s exactly where I saw an interesting entry point for an Investment.

Currently, the actual market price is already closer to 130 euros. The lower price displayed by one Seller appears to be due to a data feed issue and should not be considered the actual purchase price.

If you calculate the value increase from a purchase of 85 euros to about 130 euros, that already amounts to roughly 53 percent. Even with a purchase of 86 euros, the increase is still a solid 51 percent.

Why the AT-TE Can Do More Than Many New Star Wars Sets

Especially when compared to some of the newer Star Wars sets, the 75337 seems much more well-rounded to me. The MTT 75405 has sparked debate over the Minifigures and color choices. The Republic Juggernaut 75413 hasn’t received entirely positive feedback either.

The AT-TE Walker, on the other hand, gets a lot right. It’s a well-known vehicle, fun to play with, visually striking, and simply appealing thanks to the Minifigures. Sets like this often have a loyal following even after they’ve been EOLed.

For me, this isn’t just about buying parts. The vehicle, the figures, and the Star Wars factor all come together perfectly here.

Minifigures Make All the Difference

With Star Wars, Minifigures are often the most important value driver. Nine Minifigures in a set is a strong offering, especially when several of them are exclusive. That’s exactly why I’ve mentioned the AT-TE several times in the Brick-Tracker Telegram chat as an exciting purchase.

When looking at sets like these, you shouldn’t just focus on the price per piece. With Star Wars, the deciding factor is often this: Does the set include figures that fans will really want to own later on?

My target price after EOL

The MSRP is 139.99 euros. My target price after EOL would be at least the MSRP plus 10 to 20 percent. That puts it roughly at 155 to 170 euros. However, I also consider 180 to 190 euros to be realistic for the AT-TE in the next one to two years after EOL.

Going from a purchase price of 85 euros to a sale price of 190 euros would represent an increase in value of about 124 percent. Calculated over three years, this roughly equates to 41 percent per year. Expressed as an annual rate of return, it would be approximately 31 percent per year.

My Conclusion

For me, the LEGO Star Wars 75337 AT-TE Walker is a good example of how Star Wars investment should work today. Don’t just buy everything blindly; instead, selectively choose sets that feature strong characters, have a good purchase price, and are in high demand among fans.

Star Wars is getting more challenging, but it hasn’t lost its appeal. The AT-TE Walker is a perfect example of this: If you bought it at the right price, you’re in pretty good shape even before it reaches EOL.
