A new LEGO Minecraft Mystery Pack was recently released, and that’s exactly what we’re going to take a closer look at today.
The Mystery Pack costs €6.99 and includes two issues of LEGO Minecraft Magazine, along with their extras.
The following extras may be included:
- Drowning Victim + Hero
- Alex + Wolf
- Witch + Cat + Potion
- Cave Explorers + Creepers + Slime
- Steve + Mushroom Cow
- Spider + Master Builder
My personal favorites would definitely have been ” Witch with Cat” and “Potions,” as well as ” Drowned Man with Hero.”

The First Pack
First, I picked up Minecraft Issue 10.
It includes the Cave Explorer, a Creeper, and a Slime.
This issue was released back in 2023 at a MSRP of €5.99.
It wasn’t exactly the bonus item I was hoping for, but I’m still really happy with it. I especially like the cave explorer, and even though I’ve already collected quite a few Creepers from past issues, you can never really have enough of them.
All in all, a really solid issue.
The Second Pack
The second pack contained Minecraft issue 24. This included Steve , a Mushroom Cow , and an additional trading card. The issue was released in 2024 and originally cost €5.99 .
Included as a collectible card is the zombie from the first Minecraft trading card series .
Overall, I really like this extra, too. While Minecraft fans often own a Steve figure by now, a mushroom cow is much rarer and always looks great in your own Minecraft world.
My Conclusion
For €6.99, you get two magazines here that originally cost a total of about 12 euros.
So you save about 40 to 45 percent compared to the original retail prices. I think that’s a really fair value for the money.
The included extras are also impressive and are perfect for gradually expanding your own LEGO Minecraft world.
If you’re interested in their collector’s value, you can currently find individual issues on various sales platforms for between 3 and 6 euros, depending on which issue you’re looking for.
In my last blog post, I already introducedthe LEGO NINJAGO Mystery Packand compared the prices of the individual minifigures on BrickLink. I did this intentionally to show why I couldn’t recommend this Mystery Pack based on its price.
With this Minecraft Mystery Pack, I’m deliberately skipping that step. In my opinion, the value for money here is right from the start. For less money, you get back almost the original value of the two magazines, and that’s exactly how a Mystery Pack should work, in my opinion.
So I’m happy with my purchase. Even though I didn’t get the two extras I was hoping for, I really can’t complain about the contents.
Now, of course, I’m interested in your opinion.
